2. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. COD orders may incur additional charges of ₹50.
3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Customized Orders For customized orders, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 79-86738174. Processing time for customized orders is 12-15 working days.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other logistical challenges.
6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package in real-time.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Riwayati by MB is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. In case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service and provide a resolution accordingly.
9. Order Cancellation Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.
10. Damaged or Defective Items: We conduct quality checks on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details. We will provide a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
