Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Timeframe

Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order for a hassle-free cancellation.

After Shipment:

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still initiate a return once the product has been delivered, following our Return and Exchange Policy.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

Our team will process the cancellation as soon as possible and confirm via email.

3. Cancellation of Custom Orders

Custom or Personalized Orders:

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations for custom or personalized jutti orders, as these are made specifically to your requirements. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

Before Shipment Cancellation:

If your order is successfully canceled before it is shipped, you will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Late or Failed Cancellation Requests

If you attempt to cancel an order after it has been shipped or if the cancellation request is received too late, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the product. In such cases, shipping fees may not be refundable.

6. Cancellation by Riwayati by MB

We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

Product is out of stock or unavailable.
Payment issues (e.g., declined payment).
Invalid shipping address or contact details.
Unforeseen circumstances, including technical errors.
In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the canceled order.
