Exchange Policy
At Riwayati by MB, we are dedicated to providing you with the best experience for our handcrafted Punjabi juttis. While returns are not accepted, exchanges are available for size, design, or defective items, subject to the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
Timeframe:
Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Product:
The juttis must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Custom-made or personalized juttis cannot be exchanged, as these are made specifically for your order.
2. Free First Exchange
Your first exchange is free of charge, whether for size, design, or a defect.
Subsequent Exchanges:
If additional exchanges are requested, a nominal fee of ₹100 will be charged per exchange.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. To process your exchange, the following is required:
Unboxing Video & Photos:
Provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and photos highlighting the defect.

Email support@riwayatibymb.com or call +91 79-86738174 with your order number, unboxing video, and defect photos.
Return & Pickup Process:
a. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup via our courier service. The courier will call to schedule the pickup.
b. Two Pickup Attempts Only: Pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, the item will be considered sold, and no further exchange requests will be entertained.
Replacement or Refund:
If the required size or design is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
4. Exchange Process for Size or Design Issues
If you wish to exchange your juttis for a different size or design:
Request an Exchange:
Contact us with your order number, reason for the exchange, and details of the required size or design.
Return & Pickup Process:
a. Our courier will call to schedule a pickup.
b. Two Pickup Attempts Only: If the pickup fails after two attempts, the product will be considered sold, and no further exchange will be processed.
Replacement or Refund:
If the required size or design is available, we will dispatch it after inspection of the returned product.
If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Subsequent Exchanges:
After the first free exchange, a ₹100 charge will apply for each additional exchange request.
5. Important Notes:
a. Return Shipping Responsibility: Riwayati by MB will cover shipping for the first exchange or defective items. For additional exchanges, the customer will be charged ₹100.
b. Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-made or personalized juttis cannot be exchanged.
c. Documentation Required: An unboxing video and defect photos are mandatory for claims of damaged or defective items.
d. Two Pickup Attempts Rule: Ensure availability during scheduled pickups, as only two attempts will be made.
